Common pitfalls
1. Late replacement shortly before the work day starts is only tracked in the trade list and never entered in the system → the person doesn't appear in any staffing plan and has no room or transfer at the work site. 2. Employment type set incorrectly → per diem calculation runs for a self-employed person, correction only happens in ACC-100 with a repayment claim. 3. Registered address recorded instead of actual point of departure → travel needs and mileage are permanently wrong. 4. Duplicate entry due to matching names in the same trade → two rooms and two tickets for one person.
